Planned database optimization and index rebuilds were completed successfully during the maintenance window. No user-facing downtime was experienced. All services operated normally throughout.

2:00 AM – 3:15 AM WAT

A third-party bill payment provider experienced intermittent API timeouts, causing delays in airtime and data delivery for some users. Our engineering team implemented automatic retries and all pending payments were processed within 30 minutes. No transactions were lost.

1:45 PM – 2:20 PM WAT

Users experienced slightly elevated response times (2–4 seconds) when placing crypto buy and sell orders due to increased load on our market data provider. The issue self-resolved after the provider scaled their infrastructure. No orders were affected.

10:30 AM – 11:15 AM WAT
